Ebb & Clay – Wholesale Terms & Conditions
1. Minimum Order
All wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of $300 AUD (excluding shipping).
2. Pricing
Ebb & Clay offers a single-tier wholesale pricing structure.
Prices are in AUD
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, stockists are required to adhere to the recommended retail pricing (RRP) at all times.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed via Shopify or Email
Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.
4. Processing Time
Orders are handmade and processed within 5–7 business days of cleared payment.
You will be notified if any delays occur.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.
All orders are shipped with tracking.
6. Returns & Faulty Items
We accept returns for damaged or faulty items only, reported within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
No refunds or exchanges for change of mind or unsold stock.
7. Exclusivity
We do not guarantee exclusive territory unless by prior written agreement.
We endeavour to limit the number of stockists within each postcode to ensure a sense of exclusivity, however, Ebb & Clay reserves the right to supply multiple retailers within the same area unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Product Use & Display
Products may not be altered or rebranded without written permission.
Stockists must clearly credit Ebb & Clay in any social media or marketing featuring our products.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and branding remain the property of Ebb & Clay.
Reproduction or use of our assets without permission is prohibited.

For Display Stand Customers
Display Stand Terms of Use
By receiving an Ebb & Clay display stand, you agree to the following:
1. Branding & Product Use
The display stand is exclusively for showcasing Ebb & Clay products.
Branding (EBB & CLAY logo) must remain visible and unaltered.
Only official Ebb & Clay earring cards (60mm x 90mm) may be used with the stand.
The stand must be restocked and remain full at all times. If you are running low on stock please contact Ebb & Clay to restock.
2. Condition & Presentation
Display must be kept clean and in good condition.
Please only use water on a clean cloth to clean the plastic of the display stand
Cards should be evenly spaced and not overcrowded.
Damaged stands should be reported so we can assist with replacements or repairs.
3. Resale & Reuse
Stands are not to be resold, disposed of, loaned, or used to display other products.
If you no longer carry Ebb & Clay products, the stand should be returned
4. Ownership
Stands remain the property of Ebb & Clay and must be returned if you decide to discontinue stocking Ebb & Clay products
5. Availability
Display stands are only available for retailers in Australia
Ebb & Clay reserves the right to have the stand returned if the above terms are not adhered to.
