How do wholesale orders work?
Wholesale customers order by theme collection, not individual pairs.
You can choose from:
• Coastal
• Outback
• Rainforest
• Mixed Assortment

Each pack is an assorted selection of earrings curated within the chosen theme.

Can I choose specific earrings?
Because every pair is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we do not offer individual SKU selection.
Instead, we provide beautifully balanced assortments that match your chosen collection theme.

Can you recreate a specific pair?
We don’t recreate pieces exactly, but we can create a similar style within the same colour palette, theme or shape family.
For example, a stockist may request:
• “More Coastal blues”
• “More Outback rust tones”
• “More Rainforest greens”
• “More small studs”
• “More statement drops”

We always do our best to accommodate style preferences without promising exact duplicates.

Reorders and Top-ups

How do I place a reorder?
Reorders are simple. Just order another pack within the theme you need: Please either reorder online or send a quick email.

Most stockists reorder using messages like:
“Can we get 20 Coastal and 20 Outback?”
or
“We need a top-up of Rainforest please.”

Will reorders match my last order?
Reorders will match the theme and style direction, not exact designs.
For example:
• Another Coastal order will include soft blues, sands, seafoam greens, corals, etc.
• Another Outback order will include rusts, ochres, reds, and native tones.

Each batch varies naturally — this ensures every restock feels fresh, seasonal and unique.

Can I tailor my assortment?
Yes — you can request preferences such as:

Pricing, Barcoding & Packaging

Do your earrings come with barcodes?
Barcoding is optional.
You can choose:
• Barcoded cards (ideal for VICs & souvenir retailers)
• Non-barcoded cards (preferred by galleries & boutiques)

All barcodes scan using a single EAN number.

Do you include retail pricing on the card?
Yes — this is optional.
You can choose:
• RRP printed (e.g. $29.95)
• No price printed

What packaging do the earrings come on?
All earrings arrive on premium black and gold branded earring cards — retail-ready, no additional work required.

Display Stands

Do you offer display stands?
Yes — custom display stands are available for approved Australian stockists.

Can any retailer order a stand?
Stands are available to approved wholesale stockists only.
A stand agreement must be signed and accepted for the large option 4 display stand.

Shipping, Minimums & Turnaround

What is your minimum order?
$300 AUD (free shipping Australia-wide).

What is the turnaround time?
3–10 business days depending on order size and current workflow.
Large orders may require additional time.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all wholesale orders within Australia.

What materials are used?
Ebb & Clay earrings are made from high-quality polymer clay with stainless steel findings suitable for sensitive ears.

Yes — even large shapes are extremely lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear.

Simply wipe with a soft cloth.
Avoid soaking, harsh chemicals, or bending the clay.
