What makes Ebb & Clay earrings unique?
Each pair is handcrafted on the Sunshine Coast. No two pieces are identical — colours, patterns and textures vary naturally between batches.

How do wholesale orders work?
Orders are placed by collection theme, not individual SKUs.
You can choose from:
• Coastal
• Outback
• Rainforest
• Mixed assortment
Each order is a curated assortment within your selected theme.
Can I select specific designs?
Due to the handmade nature of the range, individual design selection is not available.
However, retailers may request style preferences, such as:
• More studs or more drops
• More statement pieces
• More neutrals or more bright tones
• More Coastal blues / Outback rust tones / Rainforest greens
We accommodate preferences where possible without guaranteeing exact duplicates.
Reorders & top-ups
Reordering is simple — just reorder online by going to the restock page or email us with your request.
Examples:
• “20 Coastal and 20 Outback.”
• “Rainforest top-up please.”
Reorders follow the same theme and style direction, though designs will vary naturally between batches.
This ensures each restock feels fresh while remaining cohesive.
Can I exchange slow-moving designs?
Yes. This option is available exclusively with the Premium Display Package when placing a reorder, allowing you to refine your range based on what sells best in your store.
Items must be returned in original condition with packaging intact.
Return postage is the responsibility of the retailer.

All barcoded pieces use a single EAN.

All earrings arrive retail-ready on premium black cards with gold foil branding.
Display stands
Structured display stand packages are available for approved Australian stockists.
The large premium display requires a signed Display Stand Agreement.

Minimum order: $300 AUD
Shipping: Free Australia-wide
Turnaround: 3–10 business days (larger orders may require additional time)

Materials & care
Earrings are crafted from high-quality polymer clay with gold plated stainless steel findings suitable for sensitive ears.
All designs are lightweight and comfortable for extended wear.
Care: Wipe gently with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking or harsh chemicals.
Branding & imagery
Approved stockists may request access to product imagery for social media and merchandising use.
