Display Stand Agreement
✅ Display Stand Terms of Use
By receiving an Ebb & Clay display stand, you agree to the following:
1. Branding & Product Use
The display stand is exclusively for showcasing Ebb & Clay products.
Branding (EBB & CLAY logo) must remain visible and unaltered.
Only official Ebb & Clay earring cards (60mm x 90mm) may be used with the stand.
The stand must be restocked and remain full at all times. If you are running low on stock please contact Ebb & Clay to restock.
2. Condition & Presentation
Display must be kept clean and in good condition.
Please only use water on a clean cloth to clean the plastic of the display stand
Cards should be evenly spaced and not overcrowded.
Damaged stands should be reported so we can assist with replacements or repairs.
3. Resale & Reuse
Stands are not to be resold, disposed of, loaned, or used to display other products.
If you no longer carry Ebb & Clay products, the stand should be returned
4. Ownership
Stands remain the property of Ebb & Clay and must be returned if you decide to discontinue stocking Ebb & Clay products
5. Availability
Display stands are only available for retailers in Australia
Ebb & Clay reserves the right to have the stand returned if the above terms are not adhered to.
